Your challenge his week is to do something "EVERY DAY.” It can be just 1 thing... for just 1 day, or you may choose to do more than 1 a day. Just do something "EVERY DAY" to move you forward in your health journey.

You do not have to do what it says … on that day. You can change it up so it works into your schedule, and you may choose to do more than 1 a day, if you wish. Just try to do something “EVERY DAY.”

Copy & paste the days of the week & the tasks associated with them, then for accountability, come back here daily, to post a date (or dates) that they were completed (or simply a goal-met emoticon, if you prefer)
