We will be doing a progressive challenge over the next two weeks. We hear it can be better to do a little consistently rather than a lot once in awhile. We will be getting stronger each day of the challenge. We will be alternating cardio and strength training each day for 5 out of 7 days each week. Each cardio day you will increase your time by 10 minutes. The least you can start with is 10 minutes for a beginner. If you are more advanced start at 30-60 minutes.
