I've had very stressful company for the past week; they leave tomorrow. Tomorrow I will stay on target. It's been brutal.
Wednesday: More company for 10 more days; I want to believe this will be less stressful, and I hope to stay on target, but this particular company are enablers, not supporters, so will test a different part of my goals.
I don't want to just let it go.
I have no problem with the water.
I am able to get out and do some walking.
Strength training is what I want to work on this week; did get in 10 min on NY eve.

1/1/15 - Completed all of above but my got about 6 hours of sleep hit and miss instead of all at once. One of the dogs was scared to death with all the fireworks and needed a lot off reassurance many times!! When she finally went to sleep, I couldn't.

Again today I was short on calories. I was within range on everything else.

This challenge is right on target for me. I have had a rough fall and I need to refocus and get back on track. So I will work on the following 2 for the next 14 days.

-- track everyday all food and exercise
-- exercise 15-30 minutes everyday.

Well it's the end of a year and the beginning of a new one so I think it's time to get back to basics for most of us. Over the next two weeks we will focus on the foundations for healthy living. Choose AT LEAST TWO of the following actions to focus on for the NEXT 14 DAYS.

Gosh it has been a while but very comforting to see this team. My challenge to myself this year is to stay with the program and not let anything or anyone get me off course.

Drink my water
Track my food
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
And most of all....stay in contact with you guys to keep me motivated emoticon

with 3 days strength training.

This is a perfect challenge for me. I have been slipping this whole month.
So I will work on the following 2 for the next 14 days.

1) track everyday all food and exercise
3) exercise 15-30 minutes everyday.
