This one can be a lot of fun. Each day you must do the exercise the previous person lists. You than list an exercise for the next person to do. If you can not do whatever the person listed for you then modify it and let us know how you did.

For instance if someone told me to do 1 minute of jumping jacks I would need to do 1/2 jacks because I can't jump and I just step to each side as I raise my arms.

Let's have fun. This starts Sunday. I'll start you out. . .

Hi-knees for one minute. (Stand in place and March lifting each knee as high as possible)
