My February fitness minutes totaled 2,241 minutes. I didn't start recording them until Feb 3rd. My weekly goal is still set at 290. Guess I need to update that. emoticon Have a good day all!

Well I didn't meet my goal this month. If I had done my normal exercise on Thursday I would have made it but woke up feeling bad and after feeding my girls took my allergy meds and went back to bed. Thursday was also the first day since I got my Spark Activity Tracker that I didn't meet my step goal but I did manage to keep my 10 minutes a day streak going (now at 152 days).

I am going big this month. I recently read that to effectively lose weight one needs to put in 250 min/week. We have exactly 4 weeks. Easy math :-)
