emoticon I met my goal this month. I love my Spark Activity Tracker. Since it requires a workout of at least 10 minutes to count as a workout and I want my tracker page to tell me I met my goal -- I do more than I would if I didn't have the tracker and don't skip a day -- even if I'm swamped at school.

I didn't reach my goal last month but I'm leaving it at 1000 since I'm done with school on the 20th. My toe is still bothering me sometimes. I am going to meet my goal this month. Most days my walking time is split in at least 2 walks.

Since it is December and so much is going on, I am going to downsize mine to from 60 min a day to 45 min a day x 31 = 1395. So I will pledge 1400 min. Hopefully I will be able to do more.
