In December, I met all 3 criteria for 10 days of the month. The same goes for January. My goal for February is to have more than 10. :)

i was over saturday and right back at it yesterday. today will be great. i am very sore after falling (hard) on the ice so i am not sure that i will be working out. except shoveling. there is going to be much shoveling. that counts.

i'm doing 'ok'- i have a calorie deficit every day, it's just not the 1k deficit i am looking for. i keep overeating.

my burn is fine, but i know you can't out exercise a bad diet. so i am focusing on that more. i am working on making healthful choices and few small indulgences.

i am going to be blogging about my bodybugg soon.

1/2 didn't track but ate sensibly/30 min walk
1/3 didn't track but ate sensibly/35 min walk
1/4 didn't track but ate sensibly/65 min walk & the 1st 2 10 min segments from the 28 day boot camp
1/5 no tracking, ate too much/walked 75 minutes
1/6 no tracking, ate sensibly/walked 70 minutes
1/7 no tracking, ate sensibly/65 min walk
1/8 no tracking ate sensibly/30 min walk

I think this is 40 days? Did we start December 1? I've maintained my weight, which is better than I usually do over the holidays, but now it's time to lose!!
