Here's mine:
Resolution 1: Eat 3 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. (PS-I hate veggies)
Resolution 2: Get to the gym (pool) at least once a week.
Resolution 3: Walk at least 3,000 steps each day.

I want to stay on the spark program, and hit my goal (by my birthday, if not before)!

I want to be the best mother I can be to my two wonderful teenage sons!

Those two alone should keep me busy all 2010!!! :)

Read a SP article yesterday about picking up some activity from my youth or learning something I have always wanted to do but haven't yet.

I had already decided that was one of the 3 things I wanted to do come Jan. :) I want to pick up piano lessons again, learn to knit and I have a new set of exercises I am going to start doing that I did at the end of aerobic classes I took 25 yrs ago.

Sure wish I had stayed with those aerobic classes! I wouldn't be where I am today, needing to lose 32 more lbs!! :) But I am less than I was so will continue making progress!! emoticon emoticon

I signed up for Spark Your Body Bootcamp because maybe it will help me lose more pounds faster. I'll see how that goes. Merry Christmas! Happy New Year, too. Lorraine
