I am restarting the challenge on Monday. I stopped working out and I am pretty upset with myself. Luckily I haven't gained any weight... but I think I've lost muscle :( Good luck getting started again! emoticon

I understand where you are coming from 100%. However, the fact of the matter is that you have to make the commitment to yourself to live better and then be as selfish as possible. If other's can't workout with you or put you at an inconvenience, you have the right to go on without them. If they get mad, tell them that you come first which should be the case.

It's ok to blow off steam! It happens to the best of us. I agree that you can only count on yourself...then if others are willing to be there to support you than soak it all up :) We're here for support!

I have basically worked out twice in the past two weeks, and I would have a fit test coming up this Monday, but I've done Insanity 2x in two weeks...just ranting and dissapointed in the fact that I allowed life to get chaotic enough that I have to start over..if I wouldn't have been depending on LAME workout buddies, I wouldn't have skipped it! Now I know that I'll have to work out alone, and if I go to a gym or for a run with a buddy, it'll be extra.

All done. Fit Test #1 results (again!) to come on MONDAY!!! I'm all in! emoticon
