glad to see some activity on one of my favourite teams!!

I am better at exercising than keeping the calories down, I eat healthy but too much, so it adds up.
I am not a big fan of drinking so much water, I trust my body to tell me and don't believe that by the time I am thirsty, it is too late. I am careful to drink enough when it is hot or I am doing a long cardio.
I am focusing on vegetables and fruits and quality proteins, try to keep the carbs high quality but a smaller percentage of intake than Spark says. If you look at my food track, I am not entirely successful at this, but that is what I am trying to do, so probably am doing better than if I wasn't being aware of this. Carbs are so easy to pack on and they don't satisfy appetite near as much as protein and natural fibre.

Water is a must. I meet or exceed this target most days.

Exercise is a fav of mine lately but due to an injury I had to focus more on diet.

Hi my name is Lin. Time zone GMT-5
The plan is to do Zumba at least 2-3 times per week and TRX or other hour long workout once per week.... (or 2 half hour workouts). Total goal 500-1000 fitness minutes weekly.

BUT i injured my knee so I have to learn to do some chair exercises. Please ask me if I started yet.... cuz I probably didnt.

I have been having fruit consistently, having about 4 to 6 glasses of water, and exercising a bit more than usual(biking and swimming).

About the same for today. Raisins with breakfast and six glasses of water. Wednesday is a crazy day for us. It's amazing that we get any order to our eating at all.

Well I haven't been on for a while, but I've been doing lots of decluttering. Any way I have averaged about 7 glasses of water a day, But today only about 5. A variety of veggies in dishes that call for mixed veggies. The only fruit are grapes and raisins. I usually get about 2 hours of movvement in a day. Not straight exercising, but a variety of walking, dancing, stretching, etc.

Today so far a cup of mixed fruit with my cereal. Later more fruits and veggies, and water (drinking water is a long habit with me as we live in a desert climate). I did the bootcamp day #2 video for part of my excercise. Will walk later with a friend.

peaches, pear, apple, banana, grapes.
tomatoes, hearts of palm, olives.
didn't count water but not much: at least 2 glasses water. But I drank several glasses of sugar-free lemonade
exercise: swimming!

Not as well as yesterday. A vegetable medly for lunch and potpie made with frozen mixed veggies for dinner. I've been munching on grapes all day and I drank at least 6 cups of water. Maybe 8 * I lost count)

A good day for fruits/veggies

apple, orange, spinach, fresh ginger, tomato, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrot, onion, celery

Medium day for water, 5 glasses

Exercise went well 92 minutes total, 67 on the indoor rower in two sessions, morning and evening and 25 minutes strength training in the evening

I am in the intense stage of preparing for a indoor rowing competition, these are the last two weeks, the competition is on Feb 7

I opened my tracker for yesterday and this is what I found listed there (which means... lol I ate it :)

Salad greens (mixed salad lots of darks and purples)
Onions, mushrooms, garlic
Yams, carrots, more onion and garlic
Blueberries, baby carrots and raisins (my potassium was low)

Yummy stuff :)

Exercise: I walked the dog, did my elliptical and my '2minute, 2 step tushy tightener' and wore my 2.5lb ankles all day. :)

Here is how I am finishing out the day. In addition to the raisins and tangerine, I also had grapes and a half a grapefruit. For dinner I cooked fresh green beans and potatoes. And I finished up the day with a total of 7 cups of water, but I may have one more before it's all done.

Grapes and plums.
Zucchini,onion,carrot,potato,pepper (roasted together!)
Not so high in water yet: just 2 glasses, but I still have the rest of the afternoon so I'll do my best!.
No exercise.
97 kilos (I have been going up instead of down even if I keep in the calories range!)
