Hello I got my wii for christmas and am doing the ea active trainer 1. I try to do one 30 day challenge daily along with my own custom workout either with ea active or Jillian michael ultimate workout or my biggest loser dvds or p90x dvds. Now that have found this group maybe I can be consistent. I tend to make excuses why or wait till it is too late to do anything.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

hi its a bit late to be posting this for february challenge but i am now into my second week of the more workouts 6 week challenge, i can feel the results i have not been weighed but i feel better and thiner which is all i really need, it would be nice if the scales agreed but i am not going to be ruled by them. loving the workout doing loads more in the way of custom workouts because i am finding it so enjoyable - cant be bad

I am just getting back to working out. I plan to do EA Sports Active 5 days a week and wii fit plus everyday. I may restart the 30 day challenge, but right now I'm trying out some of the other preset workouts.

I just got the Original EA Active on Saturday and started my first 30 day challange on medium. I also did 20 minutes of Turbo Jam to meet my calorie goal. I am hoping I can see some results finally!

I also plan on doing some extra cardio for the days off because I am used to doing that anyways! Other goals are to still track food and make sure I get my water in.

I'm on day 2 of the six-week challenge at medium intensity. I'm looking forward to getting a good, sweaty workout. I'm also doing Fitness Coach this month and loving Maya.

Day two was the hardest for my. Day three, the first rest day I ached all over. I thought there was no way I would be able to get back to working out on day 4, but I did. And now with day 13 under my belt I still have to push myself and am still sore but it isn't as bad any more. Keep it up!

Just finished day 2 of my 30 day challenge! My muscles are sore so I am glad tomorrow is a rest day! I just got the game yesterday and I am impressed how I can actually feel my muscles working... Use to use the Wii Fit, but this seems to work much better

I completed workout 5 of my six-week challenge last night.

I wasn't as focused as I should have been, I had my toddler running around like a crazy person and wanted to get it done before I had to pick up my other daughter from her gymnastics class.

I started a new 30-day challenge on February 1st, this time on Medium. I definitely notice more sweating this time around!

I also started the Couch to 5k program, my third time starting. I think I'll stick with it this time! I want to be able to run a 5k with my sister this summer!

I'm also striving for 1200 cardio minutes during February.

I just bought the EA Sports More Active. I love the 30 minute Step Workout, did my first one tonight. I will be alternating this workout with the custom one that I have on EA Sports on a daily basis. I need to do this...

I have started my first 30 Day Challenge.
With the warmer weather there will also be gardening in my future.
I trying to stretch every day to get rid of some of my constant soreness.
Drink more water.
Take the dogs for a walk at least 3 days a week.

I began the 30 day challenge yesterday on the high intensity and let me tell you I am feeling it. I am also do the Wii Fit Plus - 30 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of the free step aerobics...this is for the month of February.

2010 - lose 28.5 lbs...

I am almost halfway through my 1st 30 Day Challenge (on medium). When that's over, I'm going to do the 30 Day Challenge again on hard.

I also would like to use my bike (on the trainer) 1-2x/week, and use my elliptical 1-2x/wk in addition to the Wii Active workouts and Wii Fit Plus (I do Wii Fit Plus as strength training/yoga on my rest days from Wii Active).

The two other health goals I'm going to work on are continuing to track my food and to increase my general activity level by tracking my steps with a pedometer.

I think I'll try a 30 Day Challenge and also step up my gym workouts. I'd like to tighten up my legs this month! Also want to spend some more time walking my dog, she loves it and it's good for me too.

I'm on week 2 of the 6 week challenge and will add 3 days of cardio at the gym plus up the resistence on the band-probably going to get tubing but trying to find ones at Target that are long enough...

I finished the 6 week challenge 2 weeks ago and planned on starting it again on the high level in February. I'll also keep on my 5k training and get back to meeting my daily water quota.

I'm going to start the 6 week program and continue to do my cardio on my treadmill or at the gym for at least 6 days a week. I'm also going to try new recipes to give myself some variety while being just as healthy as the food I eat now.

Tell us about a challenge you will be starting as well as one other healthy exercise or lifestyle program you will be doing in the month of February. You could be starting or doing a 30 day or 6 week EA Sports Active workout as well as other things. I'm going to start a 6 week EA More Workouts as well as continue my walking. I'm also going to start a learn to run 10 km program and try not to drink any daytime calorie drinks. Good luck everyone.
