Hello 20 Somethings!

This is your official invite to the emoticon Biggest Loser Challenge #23! emoticon If you're needing a little push to get you going, a little competition, and a lot of motivation, then consider joining the challenge!

Some of the challenge basics:

This will be a 7 week challenge, beginning Sunday, October 4, 2015 and wrapping up on Saturday, November 21, 2015. It will be a TEAM challenge. After registration is closed, you will be placed on a Team who will help get you to the finish line! Each week there will be fitness challenges, both individual and group, interaction challenges (see below for more info), and weekly weigh ins. Points will be awarded for each of these challenges and weigh ins, and the Team with the most points for the week will win that particular week. The team with the most points at the end of the challenge wins the title of Biggest Loser!!

Examples of challenges --

Fitness challenges (individual and group):
(Group) As a Team, complete 500 squats for the week for bonus points. (Each member will complete as many as they'd like to help reach the team goal of 500).
(Individual) Get 20 minutes of exercise 3X per week

Interaction challenges: For this round of BLC, you will need to download GROUPME (required). This is an interactive messaging app on iPhones/androids (like texting) where we will be able to share pictures and texts with our groups. For the interaction challenges each team member will get points for sharing 1.) pictures of healthy meals (up to 3 per day), whether it's breakfast, lunch, snacks, etc. 2.) sharing sweaty selfies! Don't be afraid to show your teammates you in BEAST mode! This is a no judgement zone! If you don't want to share a selfie, snap a pic of that exercise equipment you're about to use to conquer your goals (up to 2 pics per day). 3.) Sharing a pic of your daily food log, showing yourself within calorie range (1 per day).

Weekly weigh ins: It is what it is, folks! Lose what you can by working as hard as you can, and post it in your weekly tracker. Points will be awarded for percentage lost.
