December Goals: to finish my training schedule all through this month. Long term goal is a half-marathon in April 2019.

Dec 1: zero

Dec 4: 2.0 mi with w/r of 1:00/30s (a smidge over 30 mins)
Dec 5: zero
Dec 6: 3.0 mi with r/w of 15s/30s (a little over 45 minutes, 18 degrees)
Dec 7: zero
Dec 8: 3.1 mi with r/w 15s/30s (raining buckets, forgot to set time)
Dec 9: zero
Dec 10: zero (ice/snow storm)
Dec 11: zero (ice/snow storm)
Dec 12: 1.9 mi with r/w 30s/30s (still icy--cut short)
Dec 13: zero
Dec 14: 2.1 mi with 30s/30s (30 minutes; raining buckets)
Dec 15: zero
Dec 16: 4.1 mi with 30s/30s (61 minutes)

TOTAL Halfway: 16.2 miles
