I was going to give a point for each fruit/veggie you ate last week, but instead since you posted the number of days you ate all your fruits/veggies, I'll give a point for each day.

This week, lets continue tracking our food, exercise, fruits & veggies, and add water to the list. For each cup of water you drink I will give you 1 point.

Nanc- thanks for the recommendation on the DVD. I'll have to look into that, I have been working on my Total Gym at home too. Thanks for all of your nice thoughts, I am on the way to recovery. Today I feel so much better. Here is my starting weight as of yesterday.

Ok, I'll keep track in this block:

Post your starting weight here and next Sunday log in your weight, the # of days you stayed in your calorie range, and the total # of minutes you exercised. You can include cardio and strength. Isa - On my Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred video she does a squat and punch and it's in the cardio section. If you can't stand you could probably do it while seated. It does get your heart rate up. Good luck with your foot. I hope it's better soon.

I'm on Nanc! I will start with my struggle right off the bat! I am currently nursing a foot injury (have an MRI on Wed.) and I haven't been able to exercise. I know! I will find some upper body exercises and work on it three days this week. Any other recommendations?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've been slacking on tracking my food and getting in my exercise. This week let's focus on tracking our food and exercising 5 days each week. Let me know what you're struggling with and we can concentrate on that in the following weeks.

Post your starting weight here and next Sunday log in your weight, the # of days you stayed in your calorie range, and the total # of minutes you exercised. You can include cardio and strength.
