Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Cereal with some raisins and chopped walnuts. I can't take normal oatmeal (it's a texture issue), but this stuff is more like hot, somewhat soft granola, the way I cook it. Dried fruit means never needing to add honey or milk or sugar or the like.

I tried something new today - Oat Fit Instant Oatmeal - its not like some of the other instant oatmeal mixed, it was more like the Quaker rolled oats that you make in the pot - same texture and look. I had the Maple and Brown Sugar (not overly sweet) added fresh cut strawberries and blackberries - delish!!

Today, I had 1 green apple, a serving of Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds with 1 cup of Almond Breeze original almond milk. Then I had two slices of Arnold's 40 calorie bread with 1/2 tbsp of skippy creamy peanut butter and 1/2 tbsp of honey.

Starting my 7 day cleanse today so breakfast was an 8 oz glass of room temp water with 1 oz Bragg's apple cider vinegar, 1/2" fresh grated ginger and a smidgen of chipotle pepper (instead of cayenne). Yuck!! Good thing it's only 7 days - it was pretty hard to get down. No, no sweeteners on this cleanse so no honey or maple syrup to take the edge off.
After this I'm doing a 3 week candida cleanse which will be pretty interesting - but I am looking forward to the results at the end of the month.

never been a breakfast eater but knowing that it is important I make a drink with protein powder in 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk on lots of ice to dilute as the ice melts. I have it on my desk at work and sip on it all morning. Not really "breakfast" per say, but a step in the right direction.
I always have a cup of organic white tea with my handful of vitamins and supplements as I'm getting ready for work.
