I am also going to try to complete 30 minutes of Cardio exercise a day in February! However as it is already Feb 2 here in Oz. Feb 1 will not be done.

2/1/11 - Not done, joined challenge Feb 2 (Australia)
2/2/11 - I only managed 20min due to 44.5 degrees celsius heat! (112.1 degrees fahrenheit)
