My goals are in 5 Categories. While I might not be savvy to post this online, I will summarize as follows:

1.SPIRITUAL-Improve on my spiritual life(have set goals as regards reading the bible in a year, prayer, devotionals etc)
2.FAMILY AND SOCIAL-Achieve certain goals in family and social
3.HEALTH AND FITNESS-Here I have a plan to do a full body medical check-up, lose 2-5kg in a month,more exercise, eat healthy, cut off some 'bad' food, eat more home cooking, more veggies and fruits.
4.CAREER AND VOCATION (ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL)-Has to do with Training, business, learning an instrument.
5.FINANCIAL

I am working up an excel sheet that will allow accountability on some of these goals where I will check successes or otherwise monthly while using Spark People for the Health and Fitness part.

Goals for 2011.

- Reach my weight loss goal of 75 lbs (40lbs to go)
- Finish my Masters Degree
- Complete the 100 Days of Weight loss book at least once, it if helps like I suspect, then, I may do it three times this year.
- Track myself with Sparkpeople and be held accountable to not only myself but to others
- Most importantly- BE HAPPY!!!!

More details are in my blog, but my small goal is to go at least one day a week smoke-free. Smoking is more of a social habit than an addiction for me. I'm not sure if that makes it harder or easier to quit, but I know it's a change I need to make. I hate not being able to get a full breath during intense cardio!

I hate the word "resolutions" goals are so much more motivating for me.

So my goals for 2011 are:

- to finally, yes finally, get off this plateau and lose the last 25.

- have a more varied exercise plan and routines - just walking to and from work isn't cutting it!

- learn to say no and mean it when asked for favors or time when I really don't have much time for myself or hubby.

I'm sure to add more as I go along. Let's go everyone!

** 2011 Goals Blog Challenge **

Did ya know that we are currently 17 days away from 2011? I do not know where this year has gone! I do know that last year I set myself some goals that did not get accomplished and I want to be better in 2011!

So, I am challenging all 8,014 members of Determination & Accountability to post your goals for 2011 in YOUR blog!
