Days 1-10 really reminded me that I need to be DETERMINED and COMMITTED to my diet and exercise plans if I want to see results. Being too relaxed about it leads to the scale going up!

I'm starting the next 10-day section with new determination.

I realise I don't need to post here every day - I've got the 100 MORE DWL journal to write in, and am posting on the thread in the Lessons Forum. I think I might post here at the end of every 10 days - kind of summary.

I'm going to use the No S diet: No snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days that begin with S (Saturday, Sunday, Special days, Sick days).

I'm going to weigh every morning and record it on my calendar

I'm going to use my wall calendar to track my success - I think I'll use smiley faces for a good day, and a sad face if I have a not good day. I'll write the number of the Day in the book there too.

I'm starting a new decade, a new year, with a new thread. Below is a link to the report thread which I began in 2014 when I first joined this team. I've made massive improvements in my relationship with food.

Here's looking forward to my third run through 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss. I've bought myself a paper copy of the Journal which accompanies this book - I've never done that before. I'm going to enjoy this!
