Day 4- one day late on April 15- this is what happens when you work 8am to 930pm- very long day Day #4 is definitely the chapter that has influenced me the most this week...throwing out the word "diet" in my plan and replacing it with the the word "boundaries". Much easier to stay within my boundaries than to follow a diet.

Breakfast is Golden, Lunch is Silver and Dinner is Lead. If you lived closer, we would meet for breakfast often. Don't you think so?

Day 3 - Do It Anyway!! On those days that I'm feeling lazy I must remind myself that I have made a commitment to making wise choices in improving my health. It is much easier to be lazy and take the easy road. Skipping breakfast easy to do. Sitting around easy to do. Grabbing fast food for dinner - again easier than planning a meal and cooking. Success only comes before work in a dictionary. No excuses...even if I don't feel like "working" to gain success I will do it anyway one day at a time.

Day 2 - April 12. 2014 I can not be just interested in losing weight and sit back and watch the pounds melt away. Each day it is up to me to make wise decisions and healthy choices. I must be committed to making positive changes in my life style and eating habits. No one can do this for me. I have to make a commitment to myself not to give up or give in.

Well said June. I think you're getting the hang of this. One down - ninety nine to go. Who knows? We might like this so much that when day 100 is over, we will start counting at day one again. As you will notice, I changed my ticker. For the record, I weigh 3 pounds less than you. I will change my ticker when the 100 days is over or when I reach my goal weight of 127; which ever comes first. Mary

Day 1 - April 11, 2014. I used to start diets or an exercise plan and quickly became bored.or just simply gave up.. I used to be weak but now I'm strong. I used to find every excuse for not exercising
Now I will find every excuse to exercise. I used to never eat breakfast. Now I will start.each day with a healthy breakfast.

This is why I'm doing the 100 Day Program and I'm absolutely sticking with my plan
1. For overall better health.
2. For more energy.
3. To enjoy walking and moving without huffing and puffing.
4. For clothes to fit without being tight.
5. To actually feel better about myself and like myself.
6. To find other hobbies I enjoy doing besides eating.
7. For the benefit of my family and encourage them to lose weight also.
8. To actually be able to wear a smaller size clothing and bathing suites in summer.
9. To help resolve current back issues.
10. To relieve bouts of depression.
