Wow! Everyone did so well! I ended up finishing the month out with the tread climber combined with level 1/2 of the 30 day shred. But, my gazelle still has a special place in my heart and I will still use it!

So... I feel like my gazelle (it has no resistance) isn't giving me as good of a workout as my dad's tread climber. I still intend to use my gazelle, but I think it might be more to supplement than my main exercise. I LOVE the gazelle, but I'm in a biggest loser contest and I gotta do what works! LOL I might try to set a goal where I make sure I gazelle once a week. And of course it's there when I don't have the energy to go to my parents' house.

I have had strength problems with my legs for almost 20 years. I think I've found an answer for at least Some of it. I love my gazelle. When I started I could only walk for 10 minutes.

Hi All I have worked myself up to 45 minutes 3 times this last week. I want to continue with that. Today I did a super clean on my house since all kids were out from under my feet today. I will be back on my gazelle tomorrow. I will make it 46 minutes and see how far I can push myself.

I'm not sure what the end of Feb is gonna look like!! A lot of times I will end up on my gazelle more often than not... HHAHA This might be what my body needs to get over what I feel has been a mini plateau. :) Plus, with my new HRM.. I burned 399 cals this morning (I like to do sporadic very fast bursts of speed)

So In other words if you do the gazelle every other day you only count those days you use the gazelle?
