The Packers season has full of surprises, thrills and a few disappointments. Thankfully only a few. And it's NOT OVER YET.

Ours, however, is over. I'd like to thank everyone who participated in our score prediction game. I hope you've had fun and I'd like to do it again next year. If you have any ideas on how to make the game even better, I'd love to hear it. Just drop me a message.

Now, I'm sure you're wondering who took the grand prize. So, without making you wait any longer, the winner of our season long score prediction game is: ADKISTLER!

Congratulations! ADKISTLER participated in every week of the season and the predictions made were off by just under 20 points per game. It was an EXTREMELY tight contest. I'm really surprised that everyone was grouped so tightly. The difference in those eligible for the prize, from top to bottom, was less than three and a half points per game. That's not much. I guess we all think alike!

Here are the complete standings. The number in parentheses at the end is the number of weeks that predictions were made.

ADKISTLER - 19.9375 (16)
GARIHOOD - 20.0625 (16)
GRUNCLE - 20.454545 (11)
SENATOR9 - 21.857143 (14)
MYLADY4 - 23.272727 (11)
The following participants weren't eligible for the prize since they didn't meet the minimum 10 predictions:
JAPENGO - 18.3333 (3)
PACKERLOVER09 - 4.0 (1)
BRUVER - 38 (1)

Now, ADKISTLER, it's time for you to claim your prize. As promised, you'll get DVDs of two games from my collection. My collection currently stands at exactly 500 games. Below are instructions for how to look up the games I have. Once you have picked your two games, send me a SparkMessage and let me know which ones they are. We'll work out the logistics from there.

Thanks again for playing everyone! I hope to see you all next season.

Ok, ADKISTLER (or anyone else who is interested in seeing what I have), here are the instructions for viewing the games I have in my collection:

1) Go to this website:

2) Place a checkmark in the box next to "Show video info?"
2a) Optional: You may want to put 1961 in the "Begin Year" box. I don't have any recordings of games before 1961.
3) Click on the "Search" button.
4) You'll see a rather long list of Packers games, starting in 1919 (or whatever you put in the "Begin Year" box). From this list, choose any two games that have an image of a VHS tape or a DVD disc at the beginning of the line. Those are the games I have in my collection.

You CAN choose the 1961 NFL Championship game because I have it on VHS tape (there is a VHS image at the start of that line).
You CANNOT choose this year's game against the Vikings at Lambeau (Nov 14, 2011) because I don't have it (there is no VHS or DVD image at the start of that line).
You CAN choose this year's game against the Vikings at Minnesota (Oct 23, 2011) because I have it on DVD (there is a DVD image at the start of that line).

One thing to be aware of when you choose. I haven't recorded audio/video notes on all of these games, but many of them will have numeric ratings on audio and video quality, and some will even have text notes on the recording.
For example the 1961 NFL Championship game has ratings of 5/10 for video and 4/10 for audio. Explanations of these can be found at the top of the webpage. That game also has text notes that say "2nd half has buzzing in audio".
These notes may affect whether or not you want the game.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
