Well, I have had a lot of challenged this month one after another. I sprained my writs and that was very painful and took me almost a week to get up and about again. Than I had a major Arthritis attack that rally took me down the next week and I was down and out for about three full days. And they the power went out on our hottest day of the year for 12 hours and then had major up-set with daughter in-law. Husband problems for her. It has been a roller coaster ride and very stressful as everything happened once a week then two times in one week a total of three weeks. But I stood tuff, I didn't gain though it all. Now if I can only walk every day this week I will start losing again. Got to keep good eating habbits though as well and I haven't always been doing that every day. My milestones have been to try to keep a positive out look each day and try not to let it all get me down. Today we walked about a mile and a half so I have started my week off well now to get though Monday with a good day of physical and mental wellness. Try to beat that old stress level.
