Didn't finish - first time since I started two weeks ago. Was on the phone for over an hour with a very distraught cousin. We shared acquaintance with someone who died this week and he hadn't been told that our friend was so ill. I couldn't face anything much after that. Will do better today.

Well, like I said earlier, I wasn't able to do the tiptoe squats, even tho I wanted to. So, I did 5 sets of 20 of the calf raises and my calves feel GREAT! So, I hope that counts as "goal met"

In for calf raises, and probably just normal squats, not too overly coordinated. I fall over every time I try to do the tiptoe ones. lol.

Just for the record...this KILLED my plantar faciitis! So if you have this condition, I would consider revising this one. My feet are in sheer agony right now. I never should have finished all of these!

i wish i could do the tiptoe squats today, but because of the bruising and pain i have from my bicycle accidents (yes, plural...see my blog if curious) yesterday, i'm going to have to settle with just doing the calf raises. i'll save the tiptoe squats for a day next week and add it to my workout for a day to make up for it.

I'll give it a try. Yesterday I only did half the number of reps. It hurt by back being on one leg long enough to do 20 at once. After it relaxed, I went to 10 reps at a time, leaning on a chair or cabinet and was able to do that. I'll start slow with this one to see what my back can handle and the best support position for it before going to 20 reps.

I am sure enjoying the challenge and it does help, even when I am unable to do all the reps for the challenge. emoticon Thanks!

Count me in. Might as well even get started on them now as it's 1:30am, I'm wide awake, and have to be up at 6am so I can be at the gym by 7 for my regular training session.

So... off to do some tiptoe squats and calf raises.
