A mixture of modified, wall and even a few push-ups on ball all done. Plus a really extensive upper body workout on my wii personal trainer this morning - my arms are good and worked out - thanks for the challenge!

Ooh, ouch - my arms were sore yesterday from the isometrics the other day plus the workout from The Challenge (those bridge ups are killers, and combined with push ups ...ow). I'm going to rest my arms one more day and substitute a favorite - booty kicks! I think I can do the stretches, tho.

100 Pushups coming up: I'm going to do them until I max out. My goal is to do 100 in a row, of the real ones, and when that is mastered, I'll start inclining them, at which point, I will take Alan's advice to try the car!

Oh... and the leg elevations, I'm so in for that on this lovely rainy Sunday, when I really had to get creative to salute the sun!

Managed to trip and caught myself with my arm today...with all my weight? Yeah, think I'm gonna have to bow out of this one.

I know one thing though..it's kind of motivating being in so much pain (think I strained my muscle pretty good). Keep thinking to myself "If only I didn't have so much weight it wouldn't be this bad." So..definitely going to be working on losing it!

Could try to do wall push-ups one armed but...as much of a klutz as I am...think I'll just sit this one out. emoticon emoticon

Whaddya mean we can't do pushups in the car?? I mean, what if I'm in the back of a pickup or SUV - it's a perfect place to do pushups!!

Okay, so *maybe* trying to do pushups while driving and the car is in motion might not be the best idea :-)

Don't be afraid to look stupid. Imagine you have two friends: one who always says: "You're doing it wrong. You look like an idiot," and one who says "Keep it up, you're awesome, you're doing fine!" Which one really wants you to succeed? Listen to the positive voices, not the negative ones!

ELEVATE feet for 3-5 minutes. Good for circulation and relief for swollen, tired feet. Also helps prevent varicose veins.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH: All day long we sit and do not really breathe. Take a moment several times throughout your day a focus on taking in a few deep breaths. Really fill the lungs with air. A few deep breaths can help relieve tension, increase oxygen levels, and revitalize you and boost your metabolism!

As with anything new, introduce your body to the QuickFires gradually. These will work your body in a very different way than you are used to, so take it easy!

If you aren't breathing while QuickFiring, then you're doing them wrong.

Create your own QuickFire Circuit by choosing different QuickFire Challenges and doing each one for a minute as hard as you can for a high intensity workout.

QuickFire Quality over Quantity.

QuickFire with other people. It's great fun, and will keep you motivated.
