okayyyyyyyyyyyy, can I say I loved the lunges and not sound too weird?! I was so proud of myself finishing this challenge before 5 p.m., I was so motivated I went out and walked my pups for a mile and a half. Now I am feeling it a bit, but that's okay! Can't wait for tomorrows' challenge.

Ok, so while I was doing my 4th set of Reverse Lunges I think I hyper extended my left thigh so I finished up with Seated Leg Extensions instead. I hope that's ok.
