The following exercises were accomplished again after my bike ride. I hope to check first thing in the morning. It will start my day out better.
emoticon Seated leg extensions 100 total.

emoticon Wall sit calf raises 125 total. 6 months ago I couldn't even do one wall sit let alone a calf raise with it too. Yipee for core strength!

I've done the seated leg raise, stretches and loved the "He Tried to Kill Me" Video.

At PTI pull 110 lbs forward, backwards, and sideways. And I sometimes I think that machine is out to get me too.

I am getting so much stronger that I am suprising myself. I did half the wall sits, then a 20 min exercise video, then the rest of the wall sits followed by 2 mi on the treadmill.
A month ago I could only get through about 8 min of the video.

I'm in, at least with the extensions. I don't know how the squat will go, my knee hasn't been too happy this morning (wrist on push-up day, knee today, what?!) but I'll give it a shot.

Skipping the wall squats because my knee has been "sensitive" this week! In for the seated leg lifts though-great way to follow up on the booty kicks from yesterday!
