REMEMBER: Do WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don't stress if you can't do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.

End of the year is here, most people have fallen away from their goals and healthy lifestyle. Our challenge for this month is to make sure that we are still incorporating all the things we have learned this year. Review your goals and habits from this past year and make sure you are still on track to meeting your goals. If you have an area that you are struggling in, make it your top priority this month.

NOTE: Week One has more BONUS POINTS than the other weeks will.

NOTE ABOUT BONUS A — ADDING YOUR NAME TO YOUR SIGNATURE LINE: If we’re going to be friends and support each other for the next month, we should know each other’s names. You can do this two ways:
