PART 1A — Chat Room: (200 points)
This is for 4 days out of the week. You get 50 points when you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life as well as give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship to each of your teammates. If you do less than 4 days you do not get any points. 60 points per day possible!

PART 1B - Chat Room Bonus: (175 points)
You get 25 points for EACH day you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life and give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship to each of your teammates.

Option 2: What’s something you witnessed recently that reminded you that people are good?

OR

Option 3: If you would rather write about a different topic near and dear to your heart, feel free! Just make sure it is not just a picture or a couple sentences.

Visit five BSG team members’ pages (any team…mix it up and visit different ones) and leave a comment on their page or blog, give them a goodie or comment on their activity feed(not just clicking “like”).

REMEMBER: Do WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don't stress if you can't do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.
