POINTS MUST BE TOTALED NO LATER THAN 8 PM (CENTRAL TIME) WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30 IN ORDER TO GET THE 100 BONUS POINTS AND HAVE YOUR POINTS COUNT FOR THE WEEK.


PART 1A — Chat Room: (20 points)
You get 50 points when you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life AS WELL AS give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship to each of your teammates. If you do less than 4 days you do not get any points. **Remember it’s important to give support and encouragement to your teammates.

PART 1B - Chat Room Bonus: (70 points)
You get 25 points for EACH day you post in your team BSG Chat Room – to share what is going on in your life and give support, encouragement, motivation, advice and friendship to each of your teammates.

Option 2: National Color Day is observed annually on October 22. How do you feel about color? What are your favorite colors? Are there any colors you don’t like? What colors do you wear or decorate your home with?

OR

Option 3: If you would rather write about a different topic near and dear to your heart, feel free! Just make sure it is not just a picture or a couple sentences.

REMEMBER: Do WHAT you can WHEN you can. Don't stress if you can't do everything. Supporting your teammates is the main idea behind the buddy support groups. The challenges are to help us have fun and to help maintain and/or improve our health and fitness.

The holiday months are coming again, sometimes we don't take the time to relax before we get so busy. This month the challenge is to take some time every day to relax. Meditate, stretch or do some yoga each day.
