I have one for Apple Salad:

Cut up 2 each red and green apples.
Cut up 1 Snicker bar.
Mix together with a bowl of Cool-Whip!!

Yummy, yummy, yummy for the tummy, tummy, tummy!!

We can use the Fat-Free Cool-Whip and look for a healthier alternative for the Snicker bar. Possibly, a handful of nuts. What do you think?

Crackers are not usually a problem for me - but put some Ritz in front of me and I go wild!!!

Here's a SP Apple Recipe:

Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
4 baking apples
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
4 teaspoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
1. Remove core from apples and place upright in baking dish, placing two tablespoons brown sugar, 1-teaspoon margarine and 1/8-teaspoon cinnamon in the center of each apple. Pour water into baking dish to 1/4 inch depth.

2. Bake at 375 F for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.

Makes 4 (1 apple) servings.
Calories 223.5; Fat 4.3 g.; Cholesterol 0; Sodium 55.6 mg.; Carbs 49.2 g.; Fiber 3.9 g.

People who rated the recipe suggested using Splenda brown sugar to reduce the calories even further!!

Hi all,

I made the I Heart Apple Slaw today with a slight modification....I had bought vanilla yogurt instead of plain so I omitted the honey & splenda. It was wonderful!
