Wow!! have I been slacking or what? Last year was crazy busy with life running on the extreme side of serving. Some was just a given, others were serious needs and then there were the "can't say "NO" things, that, all combined were overwhelming to my whole family. We had to step back a few steps after finishing our fall "to do list". Do you ever have times like this?
Well 2019 is going to be different! Another year older and a little bit wiser (I hope emoticon ) We have some wonderful things on our family bucket list. Family time being the goal and purpose.
One of winter's gifts is hubby is off work for the most part. This makes it easier to exercise together. Which we have been doing these last couple of weeks!! This is nice!! I put the new exercise grouping in my favorites this morning! Last January we (hubby & I ) did the 30 day plank challenge. Currently we are ending our exercise grouping with a one minute plank! It is a rewarding exercise, one I was kind of afraid of before we took the challenge. Nuts huh? but true! How about you? is there an exercise or goal you are considering? Is it overwhelming and seeming a bit lofty for your skill set or maybe your commitment level? I would like to encourage you to try whatever it is in your life. When we step out of our box and try things they lose the power to intimidate us. I think this is awesome and really empowering or freeing , both are good!!
