I was going to suggest the same thing about the book! Whenever I edit, I don't just return the manuscript. I always sit down with the author and look over the changes with her/him. So, let's make a date!

Dori,

LOL! I wondered if you would notice that? It isn't really hurting - although there are still a few times when I will just feel a little something for a sec and it goes away... I am not taking any Aleve or Advil or anything and overall it feels fine... just didn't do ANY cardio for several days - and then last week I was indoors doing low impact aerobics and a bit of the elliptical. Today was my first day back out - and it was tough to not run... but I want to give it time to heal up all the way!

I got my bike out - but it is DUSTY - so I hope to clean it up this week... probably need new tires too though - so we'll see how soon I get it road ready!?

I'd love to sit with you over coffee or something and go over your notes on the book... I have gotten some other feedback as well but I haven't made any changes yet. Oh - I KNOW there are changes to be made - but I haven't dug into it yet!

That is awesome! Just one more reason to LOVE this gorgeous weather!!!

I went for a walk this morning for over an hour.. climbed a few hills too so I could 'feel the burn' a bit myself! Yay for blue skies and sunshine!

I mowed my lawn today. It took 50 minutes, but I burned 317 calories. Well worth it, and thank God, no asthma attack. Have A great evening everyone!!! emoticon
