I was thinking of bringing back the beach body challenge that I did last year at this time. What does everyone think? For those of you that weren't here last year, you can check out the rules for the beach body challenge under the challenges thread. If I get the sign up thread posted tomorrow, I could have it start on Thursday, April 1st, and end on April 29th. Feedback please. I would like to know what everyone thinks.

Dani - thanks for posting about a new challenge. I was just thinking this morning that I promised everyone one for the spring. I started working on stuff by I'll hold off on mine until after summer is over. I missed you!

I wold love to be part of a team challenge. I really enjoyed the October challenge where we were put in teams and competed against each other. I think a combination of fitness and challenges would be good.

Good morning everyone. I hope you are all doing well today. The weather has been fantastic here in Northeast Pennsylvania. I'm hoping to get out for a walk before I go to work today.

I'm thinking of starting a challenge for April. I'm interested in everyone's input for the challenge. Would you like it to be individual challenges, or would you prefer to have all participants divided into teams, and have the teams compete against each other? Would you like to see fitness challenges, nutrition challenges, or a combination of both?

This is your team. If there is something you would like to do, that is not being done, please let us know.
