Hey there everyone!

Today was a boring day at work. Getting tired of having nothing to do. Mentioned it to the boss about a month ago. And about three weeks ago. And two weeks ago. And a couple of times this week. It's not working! He still hasn't done anything about it. (Big sigh!) Oh well.

Then I came home and my kids had not done any of the chores they know they need to do and that I called twice to remind them about (once per kid). Instant crankiness! It probably didn't helpthat I was hungry too! LOL!

Anyway, all that together, along with some bad choices, means I'm over on calories today. Not too bad. About 400 is all. It could be worse. I went to the store to buy ice cream for the family and got myself some Lorna Doone cookies. I stopped at two servings. Wanted to eat an entire sleeve!! Put them away and I am done eating for tonight. The gym is coming up soon. Probably. Gave blood today, so I'm waffling on the gym (and I just ate eight cookies!!). LOL!

I think wearing myself out at night makes me too tired to WANT to eat.. I just want to go to sleep! lol

This might be my new solution to bad nighttime eating!

Shell - that's great that you're able to influence your friends to eat healthier. Less of a temptation for you when you go out to eat with them!

Good Afternoon everyone!

Today I went for my weekly lunch with a couple girlfriends and stopped and talked to a bunch of people that I used to work with. I got quite a few compliments on how much weight I've lost and used the opportunity to spread the spark! I printed out the little business cards that Spark offers as a way to spread the spark (and have my user name on them in case anyone I know signs up!) Even at lunch the conversation centered around SparkPeople and healthy food options! I love feeling like I'm making a positive change on my friends and family.

Nanc, the weather is about the same here...But I'm considering that walk anyway.

They can't read or write but they sure can multiply. Please spay or neuter your pets.

Dani Ė I hope you get to go to the party and donít get snowed in. Weíve had so much snow this winter. Iím ready for spring!

Ana Ė Iíve been struggling a little bit too, but I went back to the Fast Break stage and am doing better now. Take things slow and youíll get there!

Addy Ė Good luck with dinner tonight. Itís sometimes hard to make healthy choices when you eat out. Do your best!

Silver Ė I hate working when itís that slow. The time just drags. Can you go for a walk during lunch? Itís sunny here but only 32 degrees. A little chilly for a walk.

Amy Ė 6 pounds in 4 months of slacking isnít that bad. Since itís the first day of your cahallenge, make it your first day to be back on track! You can do this!

Okay guess it was an ! kind of day today! Iím feeling sluggish today but it is the 1st day of the new blue waves challenge so I am trying to stay motivated. My 1st weigh in was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be Ė up 6 pounds in my 4 months of slacking.

Addy, donít forget to take a little time for yourself today. Thatís the first thing we tend to forget when we get busy.

The office is dead here. Luckily Iíve got Spark, finding the rescue dogs good homes, and a good book to keep me busy. Now I just have to figure out how to kill an hourís lunch without spending money!

Good morning team!

Dani-Glad to see you around again! We've missed you! I wish we were getting a big snowstorm in Minnesota-but no such luck! Enjoy your time with your sister and niece!!

Ana-Way to go on making the decision to stay strong!

Today is going to be another busy day for me! This whole week has been crazy busy, so I'm looking forward for a bit of a break next week. Yesterday went really well with calories and exercise, but I know today will be harder because I won't be eating at home tonight. We'll see how it goes!

good morning everyone! We're getting another snow storm today into tomorrow. I was supposed to leave tomorrow morning, to spend the weekend with my sister, but I think I'll go Saturday instead, and just spend one night. Today is my neices 1st bday, and the party is saturday. I hope you are all having a great day!
