Welcome back! We missed you! Hope everything is back on track.

Today was awesome. I had no kids until after one this afternoon, so I took myself out for breakfast (after sleeping until 9:30). And I even ordered healthy food for breakfast! I almost never do that! Woo hoo!


After my errands, I came home to do Day One of the 30-day Shred and then headed to the gym. After my shower, I went to the library. Couple of hours of reading and laundry, fixed dinner and then bought a new computer!! Setting it up now. I'm so excited about getting to Spark from a PC instead of my phone. Yippee!!

Good morning everyone. I hope you all have been doing well the past few months while I was gone.

emoticon A big welcome to all the new members. I look forward to getting to know you all.

I'm sorry I was away for so long. I let myself become overwhelmed with both my personal life, and my weight loss. I needed to make a few changes, and get myself back into a good mental state.

But, I'm back now, and feeling great!
