Good day everyone!

I have had a great day and I am now on holidays for a week! I will still be able to check in everyday because I am staying home to rip up my carpet and lay down new laminate flooring. I am also hitting the gym everyday!

Hopefully after this week I will be 5 pounds down after all this work!

I am worth it. I just sometimes have to remind myself of that!

To release 3-5 pounds per week.

To become a leaner more healthier person.

Dani - Ugh to getting up at 5am each least you're getting an early start on the day..? :)

Amy - Sorry you had a rough night...but good for you getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Keep hanging in there and staying Spark. We're all here for you!

Shell - Sorry to hear you had a tough morning but good for you sticking to your routine, that just shows you're in a good place mentally and physically!

I had a good week after all. I lost 1lb and I couldn't be happier with that! I was terrified of bouncing back into the 180's but I lucked out!

I ran 3.22 miles today too, I can't believe I'm running farther than a 5k now..woo hoo!

We took our doggie's cone off today, she loved that! She loved it so much she rewarded me with a nice big bite to both of my hands when I tried to put her collar back on..doh! She was just too hyper!!

It was a hard morning for me, feeling a bit down and missing my husband. I made myself stick to my routine and get in my cardio and strength exercises and that helped to improve my mood.

I just have to remember to take one day at a time, whether it's losing weight or waiting for my husband to come home safely.

Morning everyone. I also hope all of you get and then have a 3 day weekend - glad to see you get all 3 days off Dani. Trail - how fun to be able to say you pulled a car!!!!

I had another rough night so I am dragging this morning. I did make myself walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes last night but I was so exhausted I didn't work very hard. I'm hoping to finish up my friends place this weekend and have Monday completely to myself.

Good morning everyone! I hope you're all looking forward to the weekend. I'm looking forward to not having to get up at 5am for 3 days. emoticon

Do you have anything planned for the long holiday weekend?

No real plans here. Just going to catch up on some housework, and sleep.
