Hi Everyone,

So as awesome as I did last week, I'm feeling afraid of going back into the 180's tomorrow. :(

It's been a rough week with eating, I realized it's b/c it's TOM this weekend..but still I'm going to be pretty upset if I gain tomorrow...we'll see what happens..I'm afraid!!

Today's been a pretty quiet day here. It's been raining all day which makes me want to take a nap. I have over an hour until it's time to get the kids from school, so maybe I will take that nap. Tonight starts my bowling league, and the kids start theirs on Saturday! We're a bowling family and we love it. The only challenge now will be making dinner before we go, instead of just eating there. Everything there is grease, on grease, with a side of grease.

Hi everyone! Yesterday was my grandson's 6th birthday, and we had a great time. His actual party won't be until sometime this weekend, but we gave him our presents to him and took him out to lunch. Then we picked up a cake at DQ - are you ready for this? It was a Blizzard Ice Cream cake with cookie dough ice cream! I had some, but for some miraculous reason, I didn't gain this morning! I'll have to be really careful today because tomorrow is weigh-in for the Survivor challenge.

Amy, hang in there! I know how hard it is for you, but you're a strong person, stronger than you probably know - and you'll get through it. My thoughts are with you in this difficult time.

Dani - Glad to see you back. Enjoy junior high while you can, remember back when you started and all the joys that it held.

Trail - I sure hope you don't get sick, go home and have some juice and chicken soup!

A friend came and got me last night right after I got home from packing and drug me out for a walk. It felt good to get out and do something so normal. Now I need to get my food under control and I'll be back on track.

Good morning everyone. I'm sorry I've been MIA this week. The kids started Jr. High on Monday, and I've been having a hard time adjusting. They love jr. high, and all the new things doing. I'm just feeling old, and tired. I hope you all are having a good week.

Amy-I'm so sorry about your loss. I'm very proud of you, for still getting out and getting in some walks.
