it was a really good day for me because it's my 47th birthday but i blew my diet since being in the hospital so i have to start all over again ineed a lot of help.

i am makeing blankets to donate to the homeless shelter because everybody needs a little love and kindness.

I'm going to try the southbeach diet tomorrow. I bought some veggies and almonds and chicken.

Good afternoon everyone. I slept in late this morning for once (I've been really exhausted lately) and felt good when I finally got my hiney out of bed. I jumped on the treadmill and did 3.1 miles, then grabbed a cup of coffee and some oatmeal and sat down to check on my SP friends. Now I should go do the things I need to do but don't want to.

Hello everyone!

I spend over 2 hours this morning outside mowing, pulling weeds, cutting down trees (that grow like weeds) and trimming bushes. I just wish I would have remembered to wear my heart rate monitor to see if I was working as hard as it felt like I was!

Now that I've feed the kids lunch I think we're going to head to the store and do some shopping. I love walking up and down each aisle for extra steps, and then retracing my steps since I always forget 2-3 things the first time through.

Just a quick check-in before I run off to work. Ran all kinds of errands this morning. Came home for a quick lunch. It's so hot and humid out, that I'm worn out from all my errands. Would love to take a nap in the AC, but as usual, I don't have time. I hope you're all having a great weekend. TTFN!

Good morning/afternoon all!

It's unusual for me to be on here on a Saturday, but I am just waiting for my hubby to help me move some furniture, so I thought I would check in with everyone!

Tomorrow is the start of my new program and I am so excited. I think I am finally getting the hang of goal setting. It's not just a goal to lose weight, but how are you going to make it happen!

Hopefully my new program will help a lot. I seem to be in a plateau state for a while now.
