Let's all get up and get moving today. We're going to walk today.

If you're running errands, park farther from the door than you usually would.

If you're at work, stuck at a desk, try to walk the hallways for a few minutes every hour or two.

If you're home today, try to get outside, and go for a walk. It doesn't have to be a long walk, just get your body moving today.

Start Weight: 214 pounds
Goal 1: Get under 200 pounds.
