Hi Everyone!!

Sorry for being mopey yesterday lol. Amy - congrats on co-leader, yay for you!!

Today I got up and ran like normal. I also am planning on going with my Mom to spin class at her gym tonight, I'm looking forward to trying something new!! :)

It will also make up for the workout I skipped yesterday, so that'll be good!

Shell - Good job getting in a workout today when normally you wouldn't. It's a great feeling isn't it, to find yourself doing something good for you when it has never been your norm. Good luck at the dr. today.

Hello everyone!

I had a Dr. Appt this morning and a month ago I would have used that as an excuse to skip getting on the treadmill. I still got on the treadmill and managed to get my workout in, cooled off and cleaned up in time to make it to the appt!

It's a glorious day here and I think I'll do some yard work this afternoon. We've had so much rain the weeds are thriving.

Dani - so glad you are feeling a bit calmer today. Stay busy and that will help.

Gayle - thanks for thinking of me as a co-leader on this team. I promise to try to fill your shoes while you are busy. Please know that even when you are swamped and can't check in we will be thinking of you and keeping our fingers crossed that you are getting stellar grades.

Good morning all!

I had another not so good night sleep. I don't know what is going on with me, so I did not get to the gym this morning.

I will be working on my spare room again, so that will be my workout and then I am getting some sleep tonight to make it to the gym tomorrow!

I am worth it. I just sometimes have to remind myself of that!

Good morning everyone. I hope you all got your week started of on a healthy note. I'm feeling much better today. I'm throwing myself into my crochet, to get the items done to go to Iraq at christmas. I also have a baby blanket that should have been done and sent a long time ago. Have a healthy, happy day!
