I actually went running by myself last night (hate it but only go once a week). So I am feeling pretty good today with the exception of my knees. It's the second week in a row I haven't gotten shin splints. Yay! Also I am proud of myself for doing GREAT with my calories. Ever since I have started visualizing fat (with the assistance of gross pictures on the internet) I have stopped munching. Have a great day!

yesterday was my strength training day, but I couldn't find my strength ball or my resistance band. It was under my grandson's bed (he has a loft-type bed which is covered to look like a clubhouse). But by the time I found it, it was too late. So I didn't get any exercise in. But today, I plan on taking a walk, and then maybe do something with the ball when I get back. Everyone have a great day!

Sam - glad to see your post, I was wondering about you yesterday; you've been missed. Sorry to hear about the laptop; if you back up all your files right now please make sure to scan the backup for the virus before you access it on your newly cleaned computer.

Dani - have a great day at work. P.S. you are my hero (GRIN).

I'm hanging in there. The cramp is back this morning but not as bad as it has been. I'm hoping that the yoga program I did yesterday will help today also. I'm hoping to get back onto the treadmill by tonight or tomorrow. I just don't want to push it.

Sam--Sorry to hear about your laptop. I had that same problem last week. I suggest you back everything up. I didn't, and ended up losing all my pictures, and everything.

I hope everyone is having a great day. I work today, then I'm off again tomorrow. I wish my 2 days off were in a row. Atleast then it would feel like I actually get a weekend.

Good Morning everyone!

I've been a little absent from the boards the past few days. My laptop has gotten massively infected with a virus so I've been working on that and not able to get on the site as often. :(

I've been on track still like usual though. I got up this morning and went a new route for my run. I ended up running 3.42 miles another new accomplishment for me and it makes me very confident that the 5k will go well! :)

I hope everyone has a great day...I'm feeling the soreness in my legs already.. :)
