Thought I had gained because I haven't worked out this week, (several things going on.... not an excuse, but ... okay, maybe an excuse), AND I quit tracking my food for the last few days.

So I was pleased and given to renew my commitment when I stepped on the scale and saw .8 pounds lost. Still a loss, I can't quite believe it!

This week: 227.4

I joined a weight loss contest at work on October 2, 2009. At my first weigh-in, I was 237 pounds. On October 16, I weighed in at 229 (Whoopee!!). I want to lose at least 4 pounds on the next weigh-in. emoticon

Haven't been on in a while (don't have internet service at the moment) but I'm doing fine. The weight loss has slowed down to a crawl, but I feel like I am losing inches. My clothes are becoming more roomy!!! Blood pressure is normal....Blood sugars are fine (my A1C is down from 11 to 5) My energy level is through the roof!!! I FEEL GREAT!!!!
I have lost a total of 80 pounds since joining Sparkspeople last Sept.29th. Coming up on my 1 year anniversary.
