If it's an omelet...peppers, onions and mushrooms.
It not, then a glass of V8

As often as possible. Veggie egg white omelet is a favorite. I also need to work on adding this valuable food source.

Sometimes. I usually add mushrooms and onions to my egg. But I've been eating tomatoes at breakfast lately. I don't have trouble eating enough fruit in a day, but veggies are still a problem for me. I need to work on this as a goal.

To some extent, yes. We've had to decide which things we're willing to "splurge" on and which things to limit. Food is one category on which I continue to spend more than we'd "need" to spend. I'm grateful we can.

I have always been frugal, still am. But, with rising prices of such commodities as gas and even food and what seems like everything else too, i must be more careful.

Oh yes, since 2008/2009 I have become a miser, or so my DH says.

I have made a game out of saving money by shopping once a month. Saving on clothes by shopping outlet and thrift stores. One of our thrift stores gets donations from a boutique on the beach, these are new brand name high quality clothes. I make it a point to be there when she brings them in.

I loved the "Golden Rule" that was on our childhood rulers back in the 50s. It's as important today as it was back then:
Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

No, never used a journal. But I don't even make lists like many do! It just becomes another thing "to do".

I generally prefer to exercise by myself.

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.
