I have problems walking, but my initial goal was 150 minutes a week on the NuStep, which the physical therapist says will help my knees and back. Last week I got up to 200 minutes a week, which doesn't include other exercise time. I've given up on the Fit Bit (actually have a Garmin). My gait is too choppy and doesn't count all the steps. Besides the thing went crazy, saying I had 23.000 steps in one day.

I am trying to get back 10 15000 steps a day again. With the arthritis I fight with getting my steps in like I used to do. So my exercise has changed lately to accommodate for not being able to walk as much.

I want to get in 1500 fitness minutes. Need to go that this month and next month to get to 10,000 for the year. I also want to make a big dent in getting some things cleaned out of the basement.
