I usually do some exercises in bed, then get up and so some stretches, then take my thyroid pill and get on the computer and wait the hour after I take the pill before eating breakfast.

I do 20 minutes of stretches to try to avoid sciatica. When I quit that time, I got it again within a couple months.

I get up about an hour and a half before I start work and get on Sparkpeople and post to the groups I lead.
