I graduated in May from C25K and I am still running! :) I feel like I am getting stronger all the time.

You can do it! I did it and I don't consider myself a runner at all.

You can do it!

Weeks 7-9 really start pushing.. but someone told me that running is as much a mental game as it is physical. No one said you have to be fast.. just move your feet :)

I completed it in December. I've hardly done any running and was going to pick back up around week 4 or 5 and 're-finish' it so I can move on to their B210K program. Did you get the app for your phone? Lifesaver! Amazing, amazing tool!
