I think I need to spend less time on the computer so that my house will be ready for guests in June. (can't even find the guest bed at the moment due to so many sewing projects.)

I *wish* I could get to the point where I could do spring cleaning. At this point, my May resolution is to do a little bit every day.

I will continue with nutrition goals.

I will make more effort toward meeting my exercise goals. This includes cleaning up the playroom/craft room so that I *can* play on the Wii!

emoticon I Have really been missing the percs that SP give. I have been sloghing off lately and not participating and it is a lot easier when you get input from others.

I am still trying to finish up some ufo's but I have a couple of new ideas to try so there will probably be some NEW WORKS IN PROGRESS.

I think I will try to log in to the diary about twice a week. Need to work on the water again because I have been a little remiss about it. JO

Clean my apartment. Go to the gym (just got a 2-month membership), and work on various sewing and quilting projects.

Love the spring cleaning idea, but I think I will stay with eating better and exericing more.

Good GOAL and great that you're able to get the gym membership for free! wishing you success.

I have already been working on the bumped up exercise..as soon as the mowing season began. I am also helping mow my daughter's large yard...and have already seen results. I also do the T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus almost every day.

My goal is to majorly "bump up" my exercise minutes.
For the past couple of weeks, after looking over the information for all the drop in classes at the various city facilities, I've been intending to "bite the bullet" and spring (no pun intended)for the over $400. for an annual pass.
This is one situation, however, where my procrastination is going to pay off.
Yesterday I visited my finacial advisor to sign my income tax form, and he was saying I would get money back.
Then last night, I was looking through the brochure again, and discovered that I can get that same pass FREE of charge, because of my income!!!
Now I have NO excuses!!!!!
It'll take a couple of weeks for my application to be processed, so I can psyche myself up to make good use of it!

I will be having out of town guests in June so I am motivated to clean and declutter during May too. Hopefully it will help me burn more calories too.

I "Spring" clean all year round! Doing whatever I can squeeze in when the time permits. I keep a list in mind of what I want done..and sometimes am just catching up with what MUST be done. Not having a regular at home schedule really keeps me at odds with myself!

I need to do some spring cleaning but don't think I'll get to it until June. Things will settle down at work by then. I want to finish my first quilt top, a baby quilt for a new great nephew expected to arrive in June. Also my daughter's college graduation is in May so i want to lose a couple of pounds before it and NOT GAIN while out of town for the graduation emoticon

Like the jar idea. I need to Spring clean badly. Not just clean, but do some painting and fixing up. It will probably turn into Summer cleaning, as my hours at work won't be sensible until mid-June. Would also like to increase my weight loss rate in May. Only managed 2# in April.

Yep, I also plan on spring cleaning. I also usually don't succeed. My life is full of unfinished tasks!!!
I HAVE spring cleaned my sewing room! One room down, and many more to go. Tomorrow is my last day of work for the next 3 months. I plan on putting listed rooms in a jar, and drawing a room out of the jar to pick the room I will spring clean next. I will do that room until done, then pick another room out!
Keep me in check team ok!!

Here it is once again. The start of a new month and time for new resolutions. I have begun the deep cleaning of my house that I "plan" to do every year. My resolution for May is to actually finish it.

For my resolution, I will do at least 2 rooms every week, closets, drawers, under furniture, get those things tossed that I really don't need any more. The Civitan's are having a yard sale May 22nd and have a storage room to keep the things in, how perfect for getting rid of everything.

I will also continue on my nutrition and exercise from previous months.

Anyone else doing spring cleaning?
