I started The Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD last week and it broke me through my plateau...I love it!!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

Fake boxing is also pretty good. That's my favorite cardio on Wii fit but you can do it without a Wii. Just pretend all the weight you want to lose is hovering about 18 inches in front of you and punch it away as hard and fast as you can. :)

There's also quite a few videos available on the spark people web site. Might be worth looking through those.

It sounds like you already belong to a gym so you might try a rowing machine. It does use the legs so, but it's mostly uses the arms, back, abs, shoulders...

Cardio Kickboxing is awesome, fun and blasts lots of calories.

I have been looking into Zumba classes. It looks like a lot of fun.

I really like Zumba for an overall workout. It's really great for the midsection!! I've only been doing Zumba class for two weeks and have lost an inch already in my waist!!

In addition to the zumba class, I also walk/jog three times a week - but that's it. My zumba instructor is starting a 30 minute weight training class next week (and it's right after the zumba class so I'm already there!).

I am committed to doing at least 6 days a week of cardio, with some strength training on 3 of the days. Does any one have any suggestions, maybe a video or something new that I could try. Everything that I do is all lower body. My legs are so tired and so sore that I feel like if I don't find some thing to alternate with the step, bike riding, and the elliptical, that I may start really slacking. Thank you in advance for any ideas. Have a wonderful day!
