TODAY I AM DONE WITH BLAMING FOOD!!!
I am still going to have high fat foods every once in a while-because they taste good. But I am not going to over do it.
I am going to take responsibility for the choices I make with food, but I am not going to deprive myself of things that I like ALLL THE TIME. Moderation IS the key.
It was for me before when I lost 112.5lbs before I started gaining back again-because I stopped keeping track and started being lazy again.
I am going to make healthier choices 90% of the time-NOT 100% of the time-because for ME that sets me up for failure!
