When I started this journey two weeks ago, I weighed the same as I did this time last year... On the DAY I gave birth to my 11lb 1oz baby boy!

emoticon I walked 3 miles today, and I also burned off somewhere around 245 calories today on the Wii Fit!

Tomorrow is my "weigh day" & I can't wait to step on the scale!

I have an issue with weighing... I want to weigh EVERYDAY, although I know it is not good!! I finally put the scale back in the laundry room behind a bunch of junk, so I wouldn't be tempted to weigh daily =)

I realized I was not committed enough to do it?

having dinner with a friend who is fixing barbecue?
don't know what that will entail except she watches her food intake as well so maybe it will be healthy?

I will do some water aerobics then?
hopefully I'll get in gear again?

*I put two contacts in one eye this morning?? Couldn't figure out why it was itching me, and why everything was out of focus!
*I had an AWESOME karate class today?! For the first time since starting the classes I don't feel like I over-did it.
*90 minutes of karate at my weight supposably burns over 1000 calories?
*I have a tooth ache :( ? I have no dental insurance? I'm going to have to suck it up and pay out of pocket soon because I can't stand the pain?

DYKT there are Water Retention rules

• You should restrict some items which have higher content of sodium like legumes, meat, cheese, olives, spinach, oysters, buttermilk, Swiss chard, and chick peas. Also, avoid processed or canned foods because they are usually high in sodium content.
• You may consume at least two bananas a day to avert water retention in your body. Bananas contain potassium which helps eliminate fluid retention.
• Here is a list of diuretic foods: Celery, cucumber, green leafy vegetables, parsley, dandelion, juniper berries, asparagus, melons, watercress, artichoke, red beets, Brussels spouts, garlic, oats, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes and raw onions. All these foods are easily obtained in any grocery store or farmers market.
• Tea containing alfa alfa leaves are potent diuretics.
• You must eat a fiber rich diet as fiber helps in drawing toxins and moisture out of the tissues for excretion, thereby preventing water retention in the body.
• You may eat two to three slices of garlic everyday in order prevent water retention.
• Though caffeine in lower levels leads to loss of excessive water from the body, but its consumption in higher quantities may cause dehydration which in turn leads to edema or water retention in the body.
Other than these remedies, you must also follow a regular exercise regimen which helps flush out the toxins and extra water from the body.

- I've had the flu? I'm getting better, but now I have lost my voice.
- I love my job, but sometimes worry that I get too emotionally attached to my clients?
- I Have decided that I am SO good at my job because I DO care deeply about my client? :)
- One of my clients fell and broke her hip yesterday, and I was devistated? :(

we went to Punta Gorda so hubby could get a hair cut and buy frogs legs?
the hair cut AND the frog legs cost him more than last year?
we went to Burnt Store Grille for a late lunch?
they had meatloaf and mashed potatoes as the special for $6.95?
I didn't realize it came covered in gravy? Yuck!
I scraped it off as best I could, ate only half of the meat loaf and really enjoyed the fresh broccoli that was served with it?
we took a nap when we got home?

IT IS A GREAT WORKOUT THOUGH BUT, SUNSHINE I AM READY.
THERE IS A LOT NEW GOOD, JUST BUSY A GOOD BUSY.
THE IDENTITY THEFT HAS TAKEN A LOT OUT OF ME BUT, MORE IN MY WORKOUTS TO KEEP ME LEVEL.

DYKT.... I hate working in customer service, because when people bitch and yell they get their way. Where is the logic in that??? It's like giving a screaming child what they want, no lesson is learned there. ARGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

- While I'm SUPER excited that I can tell I'm losing weight in my butt but it is really annoying when my underwear fall down when I'm walking, especially in public when you can't find a way to pull 'em up HAHA! I know...TMI but I got excited because it was a way I could tell I was losing weight. emoticon

- I've gotten more Spark points in the last month than I've earned in the year and a half I'd been a member before that! This time it's serious emoticon .
